Vinyasa yoga
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of practicing yoga, developed to promote health and wellbeing to creating vitality, energising the body and mind.
Bikram yoga
Bikram Yoga is a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room. The postures have been arranged in such a way as to promote and create optimal physical and emotional health.
Yin yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow paced and simple practice that targets the connective tissue, such as the ligaments, bones and joints.

You all bring such great vibes, sincere smiles and interesting conversations 🙏. In times when the world can feel like a circus, just coming to the studio and being around you, plus working my butt off makes all the difference. You have a very good ability to assist us in setting our intentions, disconnecting the body from the mind, and letting go of the constant stream of thoughts. Personally, I find that I can set intentions wholeheartedly and genuinely when I’m in vibrational alignment with the environment, and the environment that you create does that for me. Honestly, this place is the best. It caters for every need- hot, sweaty, challenging, fierce, and strong classes complimented with slow, deep, meditative, juicy yin classes. I literally love this place and love the community that is Phoenix Yoga. Kaye, Aaron, Donald, Jaquie, Christie- just some of the epic, and informed instructors who will take you through the classes.
