Important Terms & Conditions
- All memberships and passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Direct Debit memberships automatically renew unless cancelled in writing within the required notice period.
- Freeze requests must be submitted in writing and include start and end dates.
- Freeze periods cannot be back-dated and must be taken as one continuous block.
- 12-month members are eligible for a split freeze of 2x 2 week periods.
- Freeze periods cannot be split or taken as individual days.
- Freeze entitlements do not roll over or accumulate.
- Introductory, Holiday, and Class Pack passes are not eligible for freeze.
- Unused time or classes are forfeited at expiry.
- Members are responsible for informing the studio of any injuries or health conditions.
- Phoenix Yoga reserves the right to refuse service or cancel memberships for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
