The studio in Norval Court Maroochydore is newly renovated. We are situated in the centre of town and now have the largest Hot Yoga room on the Sunshine Coast. Phoenix Yoga is unique and it is Maroochydore’s best kept secret. Be welcomed to the studio by re-purposed wood and soft furnishings. The studio reception is upstairs, off the street and car park, the perfect mid-city retreat.

For relaxing before class there is a communal lowset table, banquet seating for reading a book or our hidden garden courtyard to enjoy some sun and to sit quietly in contemplation. After class, feel free to refresh in the courtyard under the outdoor shower after a hot steamy practice. Although it is quite tempting just to jump in the car and drive less than 5min down the road to Cotton Tree for a revitalising swim in the ocean. We have showers and change rooms for those needing more modern comforts and there is a treatment room for those looking to deeply revitalise their body with Massage and Reiki.
