What to expect from your first class?
Like the first time you went to the gym, an aerobics class or even for a run. You will feel a little challenged because it is new and unfamiliar. Don’t worry or stress yourself out! You will need to acclimatise to the temperatures and become familiar with the postures that we practice. Take it easy, take a break, sit a posture out. It is not unusual to feel a little overwhelmed during your first class. You don’t need to understand everything on your first day. It is best that you take your time, breathe and make use of your introductory pass and come back as often as you can.
After class you will feel amazing. You feel lighter, free of care and energised. Remember to drink plenty of fluids after class to rehydrate.
When does the studio open?
Phoenix Yoga opens 30min before the scheduled class time and closes 30min after the completion of class.
